Program cancellations:

Springbank Retreat may occasionally need to cancel a program when there is an insufficient number of registrants or for other reasons beyond our control. If we need to cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.

From the fertilizer used on the farm to the vehicles that transport our food across the globe, fossil fuels 'fuel' our food system. Recent models and other traditions offer a broader, holistic approach to aging. To paraphrase the Dalai Lama, aging is "like changing clothes". This workshop supports the participant as s/he explores their spiritual and psychological roots in order to identify sources of resilience and vitality, even in the face of chronic health conditions.
