  Icon writing is a spiritual exercise using paint and brush to enter into the world of the eternal. ​Enter into the deep prayer time of Lent through writing of an Icon, Our Lady of Guadalupe.

  Learn basic techniques of iconography and the symbolism and spirituality of the icon. Each person will complete an icon using acrylics and gold leaf and painting on a board which has been prepared with a white gesso.
